Reverse the clock and look years younger with premium anti-wrinkle treatments.
Say goodbye to deep lines and hello to smoother skin with Botox treatments at Revitalize You MD.
Botox anti-wrinkle treatments relax the facial muscles, leading to less lines and a younger appearance. Botox is the brand name given to botulinum toxin, which is a neurotoxic protein which is widely used in medicine, cosmetics, and research. Look your best and feel your best with our state-of-the-art anti-wrinkle treatment.
Anti-wrinkle treatments with Botox work just beneath the skin’s surface – targeting specific muscles that create the furrows and lines on your face. They work by temporarily paralyzing the treated muscles – thus preventing them from contracting and creating furrows. The more relaxed your muscles are, the less lines and wrinkles you’ll have.
These days, anti-wrinkle treatments with Botox are quick and convenient ways to eliminate facial lines and wrinkles and has been trusted by many doctors and medical practitioners for over 20 years. It is a safe and quick way to reduce wrinkles without going under the knife. Currently, Botox anti-wrinkle treatments are one of the most sought after treatments in the world with millions of patients coming in for treatments every year.

A Botox unit is essentially a measure of a defined amount of biological activity and corresponds to a fixed number of botulinum toxin molecules. Botox typically comes in 100 unit vials. As a patient you should keep track of how many units were injected in which locations. We also recommend not going to a provider that charges by area as you may end up overpaying for your Botox!
This treatment works well on a wide range of patients and is primarily used to reduce the look of deep lines and wrinkles.
Anyone suffering from medical conditions such as damaged nerves or muscular conditions should inform the attending clinician during the initial consultation to avoid any complications. We strongly advise, however, undergoing any treatment while you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Botox anti-wrinkle treatments are a non-invasive procedure which require no recovery period. You might, however, notice some slight bruising or even swelling in the injected area (due to the needle).
Botox, when injected, relaxes the muscles. It is typically used in the upper face — the crows feet, frown lines and horizontal forehead lines. It is also used to slim the face (by injecting into the masseter muscles in the jawline) and for excessive sweating in the underarms and hands and feet.
Dermal fillers are gel-like substances that are injected under the skin. They are used for wrinkles and folds, or for lips. They can also be used for face reshaping like cheek enhancement, nose bridge lifting and chin enhancement. Some examples of dermal fillers include collagen-stimulating fillers like Radiesse, and hyaluronic acid fillers like Restylane or Juvederm.
The worst thing that can go wrong with Botox injections is an eyelid or an eyebrow droop. This doesn't happen very often — thank goodness — and are temporary. The worst thing that can go wrong with dermal fillers is infection, which would require antibiotics, or the filler can block a blood vessel to the skin, causing a scab and possible scarring.
At Revitalize You MD, we will only treat adults [over 18 years old] with Botox. Usually, the young patients in their early 20s who request Botox are wanting it for a very specific reason, for example, they might have a really strong frown line that they've inherited from their mother or father that they can see forming already and they want to prevent it. 27 years old is quite a common age for patients to present for Botox for anti-aging in general.
After injecting the Botox, it can take anywhere from two to eight days to start working. We will assess the patient at two or three weeks to check the results. At eight weeks, the movement will start coming back, and at 12 weeks, the movement should be about 50 percent back to normal. At 16 weeks, the movement will be about 80 percent. It is good to re-treat sometime between three and four months.
What is the downtime and how will a patient look straight after the procedure?
No real social downtime. You can't wear makeup for about three hours after Botox injections and you may be left with little red spots in the area of injection immediately afterwards. Some people have no marks at all when leaving the clinic. There are many patients who come and literally have the treatment in their lunch break.
Bruising is common, and a 24-hour headache happens in about 10 percent of new patients.
Some patients say it feels like acupuncture, some say the [preparation] ice is more uncomfortable than the needles. Botox in the crows feet (eye wrinkles) hardly hurts at all. Botox in the frown lines is a little bit more uncomfortable. Topical anesthetic can be used to numb the skin before hand, but most people don't feel they require it.
Yes. The number of men receiving cosmetic treatments overall has risen by 325% over the last 20 years. And the number of men specifically choosing treatments like Botox Cosmetic has also risen fast– in the past three years alone, men have received over one million botulinum toxin treatments. Yes! But be wary of discount products or “cheap” Botox Cosmetic – if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. Your cost not only includes the price of the product, but more importantly, the skill and expertise of the specialist or healthcare professional who is administering your treatment.

Wrinkles and fine lines are not the only facial concern that comes with aging. As people get old, the skin loses its natural collagen and the facial fat and volume that once gave life to your facial features gets diminished and results in sagging and thinning in different areas of the face. Some of the irksome results of volume loss are sunken cheeks, jowls, thinning lips, and under-eye hollows. If you’re bothered by significant facial volume loss, dermal fillers can help you.
Dermal fillers are made of different substances but they essentially work to fill in and add volume to the parts affected by volume loss. It restores plumpness and smooths away wrinkles, lines, and facial folds.
Dermal fillers, also known as soft tissue fillers, are a popular cosmetic injectable that is used for cheek and lip augmentation, wrinkle treatment, and scar correction, and treatment of other facial deformities. At Revitalize You MD, our expert injector ensures that you get quality filler treatments to enhance your natural look without needing plastic surgery.

Retains skin moisture and elasticity over time:
Hyaluronic acid fillers are the most common type of injectable filler material that works for both man and woman. Hyaluronic acid is a naturally occurring substance in the body and it is known for maintaining hydration in the skin. In addition, hyaluronic acid fillers can stimulate the production of new collagen so your skin will appear firm and plump.
Dermal fillers only require several injections of the substance to the treatment area. Our facilities at Revitalize You MD are prepped and sanitized before every dermal filler procedure to ensure the safety and comfort of the patient.
to achieve optimal wrinkle relaxing and skin tightening effect in addition to restoring facial volume.
Quick and painless:
Our expert injector can perform the procedure in less than an hour, depending on how many injections you’ll need. Before starting the treatment, we will clean the area and apply a topical anesthetic to numb the injection site to lessen the pain from the needle.
Unlike plastic surgery, most patients who get dermal fillers can resume their normal activity after the procedure. Because the treatment is non-invasive, you don’t need a long recovery time and you only need to follow the post-filler reminders of our doctor.
Can be combined with other cosmetic treatments:
Some facial rejuvenation treatments may use dermal filler together with other cosmetic procedures like Botox and laser treatment to achieve optimal wrinkle relaxing and skin tightening effect in addition to restoring facial volume.

Save $100 on Filler
Dermal fillers and Botox are two well-known cosmetic procedures for facial skin rejuvenation and wrinkle treatment. However, they mainly differ in terms of mechanism of action and types of wrinkle they treat best. Botox contains botulinum toxin which stops muscle contraction to relax dynamic wrinkles such as Crow's feet whereas a filler treatment works best to fill in volume and correct static wrinkles like nasolabial folds, smile lines, and marionette lines.
After getting filler treatment, an individual may experience common temporary side effects like redness, swelling, and bruising at the injection site. As long as they are given by a licensed provider, fillers don’t usually cause any serious risk or complication. If any symptoms of allergic reaction to the filler happen or prolonged swelling or bruising persists, you should reach out to a medical professional.
Like with any cosmetic procedure, the results of a filler treatment are not permanent but they can last for a good 6 to 18 months depending on the filler product that is used and how quickly your body can metabolize it. Subtle improvements are noticeable immediately after the filler procedure and you can see visible plumpness in the treated area.
